Clouds
During the winter the unsettled weather can make some intersting high contrast in clouds over the Santa Clara valley.
The battery ran out, and was replaced after the above picture.

Silicon Valley Moving Forward
Moving is frequent here, as a company grows and changes, or just goes to a nicer location. This picture is poor, but I think it shows a property of the camera. The lighting was low, near sunset on a cloudy day. The camera automatically used its flash. I wonder what the “exposure” was, the tree and leaves are clear from the flash, but distant features appear blurred as if by motion.

Rainbow!
The seagulls beat us to the end of the rainbow, and already made off with the pot of gold. I see alot of these here during the Valley’s rainy season. You can find others in our archive. This one is over a San Jose athletic field.
